  • Module 1 is less than 15 minutes and uses easy to follow exercises and optional skipping rope. It targets all your muscle groups while giving that burst of cardio you need for the day.

  • Module 2 is approximately 15 minutes and uses easy to follow exercises and optional bench/step, while giving that burst of cardio you need for the day.

  •  

  • Module 3 is approximately 20 minutes and incorporates Yoga poses into a flow that is accessible while keying in breathing technique and tension release.

  •  

  • Module 4 is approximately 25 minutes and kicks it up a notch using an optional skipping rope and dumbbell. It will challenge your stamina will building strength and coordination.

  •  

  • Module 5 is approximately 25 minutes and gives a full body workout using an interval format. You will be alternating sets with skipping intervals. As always the skipping rope and dumbbells are optional.
