Debbie’s yoga journey began 14 years ago. Debbie attends many workshops and courses to further her knowledge of the mind, body and spirit. She believes in yoga as a constant practice and hopes to bring the love of yoga to her students. Those coming to her class can expect to learn the benefits of Mindful Awareness by focusing their energies, and cultivate a greater sense of peace.
